Right after they're born is prime gaming time. You get a baby wearing harness and they sleep on your chest. The real problem is 2 > 5...
As father of two kids: When they turn 6 and you can play the first games with them is when it pays off.
Step 1: Plonk child into BabyBjorn or similar wrap.
Step 2: Play.
Step 3: (occasional nappy change, feeding, burping) Try to slot these into lobby wait times.
@Skjie - 2 > 5 will be wife! (Hope she can't read this >_>)
@Markus - Great! See you in 6 years! -_-;
@Jason - This will be my schedule from now on! :D
Gaming with a baby is not so bad - harness or not. You can just only play games that you can leave in a hurry (so no raids etc. :p). For single player gaming it's almost easier.
The problem will be the lack of sleep (if your baby is of that variety), which means you may find yourself with a choice between playing or napping - and that's a hard one -_-
i think the only gaming i got in was via an old PSP i loaded stuff on. the only time i got to play anything was after they started daycare and i had work from home days

@Casper Hansen - I only do single player, so that's good news for me :D .. oh, and nap over game any day :O
@Thad - *takes notes* .. ok, so it seems that I might be able to start playing even earlier according to this :)
