I watched a video of someone in Australia having to register their car. They went into a shopping mall, and what looked like a mobile phone shop (all well lit, nice furniture etc.) was a government office.
It was like a whole different world where the government doesn't hate it's citizens and want them to suffer?!
Here in the UK I don't think they have offices any more, you either do it online/via phone, or I suppose you starve to death or something.
@phuzz - UK is probably the worst to be honest :) Wall to wall carpets everywhere :o!
