How hard is it to get a cellphone number in Japan?
Let me guess, in order to get a Japanese phone number, you need a Japanese bank account.
And to get a Japanese bank account you need a Japanese phone number...

about fucking time. lost one of those and wherever the hell i got the original from the dude died so I got another one and their panic from that switching as at least 5 other forms of ID were presented was nuts. The bank was like "nobody EVER has lost one of these in the HISTORY of the country"
