This has been a big argument here in Singapore since the first panic. Government says "only if you are sick" but Soo many people running around with mask. Many with the wrong kind, and all of them doing it wrong! You see them eating or smoking or taking with the mask under their chin. So... Now the inside, the side against your nose and mouth has whatever germs where on your chin. Brilliant.
