that aero house is like in 2-3k€ in materials for raw box with hardwood floor, with double pane glass window and styrofoam insulation and roofing mats on the walls and roof. at least for poland material prices, might be higher for euro countries. also building land in middle of nowhere (own electricity, no asphalt road, no water, no plumbing) is 1k€ in poland :P ymmv, you has libreoffice calc so like use it? :)
