Definitely a stressful time of year, too many disasters, not enough video game time.

Buying a house where I am is insane just due to prices going up to crazy amounts, and sellers/agents refusing to acknowledge any glaring maintenance issues.

I'd heard that renting in Japan can be quite the education due to all the unexpected fees and all. But what do the sellers do in Japan to make it such miserable experience? Or have you just been really unlucky in getting a couple of jerks in a row?

That's a major piss-off, sellers that think they're the ones to make up the terms (and change them whenever).
I've moved to Asia (not Japan though) and I'm still stressed about it. And I'm sure you have it worse than we had as we were there in "surplus supply" time. Hang in there!
Oh and majorly stressed about the Matrix. Because I didn't like the previous Matrices! And I get beat up about it every so often and that's about to get worse!

@JayKay - Just bad luck with stupid sellers. Renting here is a nightmare of all the fees and shit. Deposits are one or two months, which you almost never get back, "key money" is one months rent, and finders fee is one months rent >_<
