Hey you there.

Hello there.
All good?
Me too.
Leaving Tokyo at the end of November. Imagine that. Yup. End of an era, a very short era :)
Moving to the inaka, to the house we bought, in the middle of fscking nowhere. A sleepy beach town, and yes, we're moving to a sleepy beach town in the middle of the winter >_<.
Oh well, wish me luck.
Christian just left Tokyo after being here for 10 days and totally destroying my liver. Such a champ! :)
I miss christian -_-;

Glad to hear the fire damage was sorted. Sleepy beach towns are the best in the winter, no tourists.
I once went to a Japanese sleepy beach town about 2 weeks after the summer holidays had finished, and the place was really quiet. Stuff was still open, but hardly anyone around. The place we stayed at was a huge hotel that I guess was for school groups.
We had the entire place to ourselves, 50 rooms, and my wife and I were the only guests. Even the operator went home in the evening after setting up the bath. Really spooky at night, and I was made to sit outside the toilets whenever my wife had to go as she found the dark hallways creepy.
Was still fun though.
@Skjie - No turists in Tokyo either.. oh wait, they're coming back, just as I leave.. ok ok.. I'm now looking forward to the move a bit :)
@JayKay - Sounds fucking amazing, and very accurate of beach towns off season :)
