thats why you should build your own computer,
also ffxiv is awsome .=D (dispite the many bugs but hey its openbeta)
You're still Beatrix's bitch, ten years on.
1926, nazis, Enigma machine? Wiki again?
@tak
Maybe you should wiki mate because the nazi party was around from 1919 (even though the name before 1920 was the german workers party) and the enigma machine was released in 1920.
macs are not for gaming, they r for working
also, ffxiv is more awesome when you have a gamepad, the input lag of the cursor sucks sweaty balls
At least you were able to run the benchmark program. I'm still trying to get my PC to run it.
My score: 247
Luckily my ps3 can run it... half a year after the rest of the world can play it
Haha, my laptop is slightly better than your imac, I have a 2.4GHz C2D and a HD 2600. Bask in my minimally more shiny glory
I got a score of 206. But based on the open beta (which means I'm not supposed to tell you this - oops), the game IS still playable. For certain definitions of playable. Which include "never doing the gathering minigames." Or being in areas with other people.
In any case... is there a server that former Phoenix exiles are heading towards?
Rumors has it that the exiles will be heading towards Kashuan.
Consider yourself lucky. I got a new computer last month. First computer with a GeForce and everything. My score? 97.
I want my next computer to be a custom build anyway.
Macs are not for games (or for work), they are a display of your faith that Jobs is your only master and savior. Quoting from the book of Jobs: Thou shall not have other gods before me.
Wait.... Those are the specs from the 2007 model. I thought you guys had the 2009? (Also, the 2600 is the single WORST GPU to come out of ATI. I've seen GPUs that were supposedly half as good give better real-world performance)
