On wednesday, we both leave for some healthy vacation time, 11 days i Tokyo. So, needless to say, the updates might be a bit shattered for 2 weeks, but I’ll do my best to get at least 3-4 updates in while we’re there.

Until then.. I have 2 days vacation, and a SC2 not done raping me.

I saw some email from our host that they moved our servers to some colder place, like the north pole or something. That’s why there was some downtime today/yesterday.

I so very much loathe Facebook.. but, well, you know.. everyone else is doing it.. so, you know. Thank god that everyone isn’t doing crack cocain.

I added a “like” button.. which you can also use to share on facebook. I’ll try and find a better spot for it when we redesign the site later this year. But for now, that’s where it is! :)

~~I updated my 3G to ios4.. hated it, then bought the new i4one. Now I’m trying to downgrade the 3G to 3.1.3.. guess how it’s going.. yes, correct, I am a fail wale incarnated.~~

I actually managed to downgrade, jailbreak and unlock it. Sweet. But I still stand by the “fuck you in your hole”-part tho.

How’s that for a long headline?

We had some server issues yesterday, and still are, they’re just not as apparent right now. Fingers crossed it all works out.

Also, yesterday.. might have found a place to have my wedding (YAY!), and maybe a place for our new venture with DKSP (NEXT LEVEL, YAY!).. had some awesome ice cream for breakfast. Then the server, all our domains, all our mailboxes and stuff got shut down.

On the upside, the contact with our host today has been very pleasant, and they’ve been very nice.. so we’re happy. Happy in our misery :D

Btw, I made this little thing as an experiment on how the capabilities of man to behave accordingly when not seen is impossible. Well, not really, I just had a domain (weboteket.se) and nothing to put there, so I tried this thing out. And yes, I know, it’ll be filled with porn-links in like 2 seconds.

Give it a spin if you’d like. But try and stick to funny stuff and/or design stuff (see what I did there? Now I KNOW you’ll post pr0n).

I got this email a couple of days ago, and I thought I’d share it with you guys since it sounds pretty interesting.

Hi my name is Sunny Koda, I’m a concept artist from Australia and I’m flying to the USA for three months to film a documentary about Gaming culture.

I really need your help, as I’m having trouble advertising the website. I tried sending emails to everyone I could think of, posting on forums, but I haven’t had much response and I’m running out of ideas. My plan is to go and stay with gamers and play games with them in their own homes, documenting the journey and analysing the bond that gaming creates between strangers.

What I am now asking for your help with is just advertising the website. The documentary is going to be excellent and is definitely newsworthy as it is going to feature gamers, industry professionals, gaming celebrities and celebrate gaming culture.

It is entirely non-profit, made off my own earnings and I’m doing it for the love of gaming. I know you love it too, please help me =)

As you might have noticed, we’re trying out flattr (look slightly above and to the right of the comic). Flattr is a social micropayment platform that lets you show love for the things you like, and helps support the people you like and enable them to continue with what they do. And that’s our moto and has always been. Everything should be free, but support what you like.

It’s a nice service, still in beta, but we thought we’d give it a try.
If the nice people at flattr sees this, then *wave*, we should grab a beer sometime? :)

I have sent out all the skins for the ipads and iphones, but have only recieved 1 image of it in action :( Please email me images, that was the only thing you had to do, how hard can it be? :(
