So, you’re saying you have invites for a private tracker?

“private trackers” – it’s funny.
There’s nothing ‘private’ about them. “private tracker” is short for “private flagged torrent tracker”, as in a tracker that has torrents with the private flag enabled.

You have LESS privacy on them than on a public, or open tracker (they are two different things)

Before the private flag came out (in 2005, with the introduction of DHT) they were known as ‘registration trackers’. Nowadays, witht he amount of data-sharing on users going on, a more accurate term would be ‘activity logging trackers’, or if you want to focus on the business model, then they’re “DRM trackers”

BTW, if you think those ‘private trackers’ are hidden and unknown, you’re deluding yourself. See Operation in our Sites, for instance.
