Most Coopers are 1.275cm3′s, ie. not allowed. There’s a 998cm3, but really: 10 inch rims? If you want old, I’d say the R4, there was a postman’s van version of that one.
The real problem is that the original Mini is too old. The cars need to be less than 10 years old, and the original Mini went out of production in 2000. The new Mini, of course, has too much engine (by the standards of the rally).
