Isn't it weird - when you were younger, the snow was fecking great! You would play in it for hours and hours. Now we're all grown up,all thats good about snow now is that its a nice sight to see...on the TV maybe.
Same here in Holland. But people are a lot friendlier because of it.
And yet I'd have thought Sweden was used to lots of snow, unlike the UK where the slightest few flakes seem to cause chaos. Heyho, seems like nowhere in Europe is safe from the white scourge (which I love - went skiing on the hill by the local allotments yesterday, and I live in Devon, UK!)
Here in sweden, you can´t win.
If your lucky and a train comes, you can bet your sorry ass its so full that if you manage to squeese in you better prepare to stay on to the end station.
But you can allways try the buss and hope you dont end up in a dich somewere.
Friendly sweeds??? F U Only the strong will survive...... or catch a train.

Tak:
You bond over your shared hatred of Sweden? They are not that bad are they?
Haha, I feel for you guys, same thing happening over here in Ol' Blighty,.
Only difference is we complain about how the weather is the government's fault and Royal Mail should employ sherpas to deliver our oh so needed christmas crap xD
Where is everybody?
Funny, I just read an article today about the problems in Germany where they complain that their flights are cancelled, roads are blocked and trains are delayed and they suggest to take an example from Switzerland, Austria and SWEDEN on how to cope with snowfall...
Europe snowed under but the ground is clear of snow in iceland, there is just no justice in the world. :)
Tak: See square one... ;P
Since the train is canceled, they have more time to go sit on the bench in the snow and wear different color scarves.
Same here in Britain, but we tend to use it as an excuse to spend an excessive amount of time down the pub. ^.^
It's like that all over Europe... Good thing I don't need the train to get to work :)
in sweden we buy stuff made for southern europe like a bridge made somewhere where they haven't seen snow ever
Oh wait, I never saw any comments but my own. Stupid web. Kinda like a surpise party, this : )
