Or well..
I updated my 3G to ios4.. hated it, then bought the new i4one. Now I’m trying to downgrade the 3G to 3.1.3.. guess how it’s going.. yes, correct, I am a fail wale incarnated.
Fuck you apple. Fuck you in your hole.
I actually managed to downgrade, jailbreak and unlock it. Sweet. But I still stand by the “fuck you in your hole”-part tho.

They should never have released iOS4 for the iPhone 3G… seen the performance on them.. lousy!
It works flawlessly on the 3GS luckily..

What don’t you like about 4.0?
I mean, the only problem I’ve had so far is email doesn’t sync properly. Sometimes messages come up as “No Content” and when that happens, I can mark any of the unread as read. It’s annoying, but I just reset the account and it’s fixed. I’ve only had to do it twice. I hear they’re aware of it.

I too had a 3G and upgraded to iOS4. I too saw my phone reduced to the speed of a snail. Pinned by a brick. Mortared into a house.
Like Robert, I too am now happily using a Galaxy S.

If you don’t have a backup of your SHSH from the phone, you’re screwed. Apple’s servers do a check now and won’t let you downgrade your phone. Maybe they’ll undo that for the 3G since a lot of people are complaining but I wouldn’t count on it. Original iPhone, no 3g/s. Running 3.1.2 jailbroken and customized. Love it and glad it doesn’t have the ios4 option for me to have to fight…

I also had an iBrick and now have an HTC Aria. Kinda digging the Andriod OS much more than the IOS.

Right, I have a new plan, I’m going to start a fund of £20 which is for donation to Little Gamers. I will send this money every year between the first and seventh of January. However, every time I see mention of Apple or an Apple product by Madsen or Christian, I will deduct £1 from that fund, stopping at 0 (unless you’re happy to pay me for every mention beyond 20). I will be charitable and start on £20 from now for this year.
