So…. some people are illiterate and it’s perfectly OK to be proud with it?
The question “Is your IQ higher than the room temperature” isn’t something new for you I am sure.

Oh! and bjork is such an easy-to-remember name.
Maybe cause it rhymes with dork and there’s no word for “dorkette”

At least the cat threw in some vowels. When my cat walks on my keyboard he usually just hits numbers and consonants.

I’ve yet to see any news person here in the UK even try to pronounce that name, they’re just calling it “the volcano”.

There’s a Youtube vid with the pronunciation of ejyafjallajokull, and… it doesn’t sound much like the letters seem to suggest. I can’t even pronounce it having *heard* the pronunciation.
Also, I don’t think “bjork” rhymes with “dork”, because of the diaeresis over the “o”. Isn’t it closer to “yerk”?

@darine: ever asked for directions in Wales? And you can’t rely on your satnav ‘cos it gets just as confused.
