Just because you don’t get the politics you want is no proof that democracy isn’t working. It just means that most people don’t agree with you. In a democratic country, at least you can vote for PP.
PP is a laddish and immature party. They exist because our goverment underestimated young mens need for integrity on the net. However, it’s good that they got young men to vote for something else than Sverigedemokraterna, which is a horribly populist and anti-intelligent party. Without PP, SD would probably have got over 4% of the votes. At least PP got some intelligent points about personal rights, and it’s great that they bring those to Brussels.

Sadly the German Pirate Party just got about 0,8% overall here in Germany, so they won´t get one of the German Seats in the EU =(

Pirate Party got 7.1% in Sweden. Lund, a university town, had 8.9% for them.
For the Swedes reading this, FI got more votes than V in Lund…

The parties with the most money and power are the ones who win, that’s always been like that, look at the US, there are a lot of parties, but who wins every election? is either democrat or republican… in my country it’s either PRD or Arnulfista, in Mexico it’s either PRI or PAN (in fact, PRI was elected for more than 50 years before Fox), democracy or monarchy are good or bad depending on the people behind the systems…

“The Party Whip” is a good example that democracy is dead. Every vote should be free, even if it’s inside or outside of the parliament.
