.. but, what about if we organized a week in the summer or whenever, when we download NOTHING. Just to see what impact that would have on the movie/music industry? Would be a interesting social experiment, but would it be possible?

Just a thought. Seeing as how the IPRED law that was put “live” yesterday here in Sweden managed to cut the internet traffic in half over our main nodes (here in Sweden).

And as a follow up, I’d suggest a one month of no-buy-media. No DVDs, no CDs, no MP3s (as if someone would pay for an MP3?), no Cinema visits, no buying games (this one might be a bit hard, specially if FF gets released that month), no.. well, you get the idea.

The only thing I see as a huge problem is that we will never be able to see the statistics of the supposed impact.

They finally translated a sweet little addictive game to english. Check it out, it’s nicely done and I’m loving it :)
