    Oh well played RIAA, well played.

  2. lost_scotsman

    If it keeps us from hearing James Blunt then maybe its a good thing!

  3. Kaikydelan

    No more Rihanna, Blunt, and every new useless pop songstar? Oh no, what will we do!

  4. blurredexistence

    Are you mad?! Sure we’ll lose Rihanna and Blunt but what about bands like the Manics, The Prodigy, Pendulum, Sigur Ros, Devin Townsend, King of Leon, etc etc!

    Losing them and more would probably drive me to the point where i’d go around in a murderous rampage of bunny killing!

  5. Charlie

    This shocking new development may very well make all music underground, driving all current underground music below that. What might we end up calling our genres?

  6. Ory'hara

    If they make music illegal, then the hundreds or thousands of underground bands that spring up may actually hurt music, because with that many bands not all of them will have listenable original music… In fact most of them won’t… So we will probably end up hearing the same songs over and over again… Most likely Smoke over water.

  7. Drakhor

    Rap should be made illegal indeed.

  8. Paulus

    @Ory’hara – It’s ‘Smoke ON THE Water’ now if you’ll excuse me it’s time for me to go invent a chainsword and start practicing my swing, repost, and counter tequnique, ready for the time when they do make it illegal and all the music-zombies start pouring into the streets mumbling infernal mutterings.

  9. bfo

    for us pirates does it really matter if it is legal or illegal :S

  10. =8)-DX

    spelling: It’s still AN “Open game” plus capital T in IT’s

  11. =8)-DX

    oh shat sry all capitals or funky capitals =) my silly

  12. Marth

    Wow… the new equation will be Musicians = Criminals then, huh? I figured out about the new racism while in the states (Smokers), but this is going to far, isn’t it?
