    I don’t get it :(

mirrors edge seems to be so fast and realistic that a lot of people got sick playing it, like stomachache and stuff^^

  3. MadMike

  4. Lunchi

I totally know how he feels. I can’t play any fps because of motion sickness. Good thing I don’t like fps games that much…

  5. Rogerjak

I only get motion sickness after 3 hours of playing. I just stop for a bit and I am good.

  6. ar

You should come play it at my apartment then. I have a 77″ screen at a viewing distance of three meters. It’s awesome!

  7. Echo

i stayed up for the day and night to complete it, need to go back thru it for the bags tho :( it wasnt the motion what got me ….it was the bit where she falls XD

  8. freeze

You can get rid of the motionsickness with a little practice…
When i first played HL1 i got motionsick but i overcame the urge to throw up ;)

    now i am a regular fps-fan

  9. Tyson

    I get what they mean.

Ah c’mon guys. I’m a game reviewer, and I’m still stuck on my 30″ CRT TV, not out of choice, but because LCDTVs are just some damned expensive here in South-Africa. I loved Mirror’s Edge. :-)

  11. Klintrup

I finished the game on my 103″ projection screen without any kind of motion sickness .. not saying I loved it, but that was due to shortcomings in the storyline, not motion sickness :-)

  12. lost_scotsman

Wow, i actually thought I was alone on the motion sickness thing. I used to feel like a right nobody after having to bale out after an hours play!

  13. Suskie

sounds interesting, will have to buy, and how the hell can you get motion sick when playing HL1?!?

  14. Nalr

Not heard people getting motion sick on HL1, but several of the playtesters were physically sick after the initial version of the buggy section in HL2… Like severe motion sickness….
Damn pansies tbh… Anyone not able to game for AT LEAST 14 hours shouldn’t be allowed to game at all :P
