Tokyo station is fine, try Shinjuku station for chaotic layout, especially if you get out on the wrong side and need to get to the other side again.

Alright
Shinjuku station has it’s moments when you have to go up on the rail area again in order to reach other parts of the station… Brrr

But then again Tokyo station feels like and endless climbing downwards… it can be a real WTF moment when you suddenly start thinking what damn floor underground am on now!!
